I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

Ease of changing a PDF to suit a particular need and/or make corrections to a PDF to present to a different customers
What do you dislike?
Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

I've just started the trial service but…
I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Open the Tags panel. Select View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes >Tags. Examine the Tags panel. A tagged document will show tags and a structure tree descending from the root node.
