The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available. But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

I really appreciated the customizable aspects of your software -- it made all the difference to my forms! The only thing that I would've liked more is if upon searching for the form, you could filter and guarantee that its the most up to date form the gov has issued. Thank you

Great for what I needed it for Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

Outstanding Online Support I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

So easy to use and meets all my expectations Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time. I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Common Stock Splits An easy way to determine the new stock price is to divide the previous stock price by the split ratio. Using the example above, divide $40 by two, and we get the new trading price of $20. If a stock does a 3-for-2 split, we'd do the same thing: 40/(3/2) = 40/1.5 = $26.67.
A stock split is a decision by a company's board of directors to increase the number of shares that are outstanding by issuing more shares to current shareholders. The primary motive is to make shares seem more affordable to small investors even though the underlying value of the company has not changed.
Stock Splits are a great way for the average investor to accumulate an increasing number of shares in companies they have invested in, long term wise this is a seriously good move. The value of the shares will increase and your small investment can, in time turn out to be worth millions.
A stock split is a corporate action in which a company divides its existing shares into multiple shares. Basically, companies choose to split their shares, so they can lower the trading price of their stock to a range deemed comfortable by most investors and increase liquidity of the shares.
Locating the Date of the Split Identify the date in the Payable Date column. A company distributes the additional shares for the split on this date. In this example, if the payable date is June 1, the company would complete the split on that date. Identify the date in the Ex Date column.
Not quite. The company's market capitalization, equal to shares outstanding multiplied by the price per share, isn't affected by a stock split. If the number of shares increases, the share price will decrease by a proportional amount. If a stock traded at $100 previously, it will trade at $50 after a 2-for-1 split.
To calculate the number of new shares you will have after a stock split, multiply the number of shares you currently own by the number of new shares being issued for each existing share. For example, say a company that you own 150 shares of is doing a 2-for-1 stock split.
Advantages for Investors One side says a stock split is a good buying indicator, signaling the company's share price is increasing and doing well. While this may be true, a stock split simply has no effect on the fundamental value of the stock and poses no real advantage to investors.
