Great for easy form creation for end users I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered. Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . What do you like best? Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also. What do you dislike? I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

What do you like best? I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS What do you dislike? The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

This rule is commonly referred to as the “split sleeper berth” rule. To use the split sleeper berth rule, you must spend at least one of the two required rest periods in your sleeper berth. The required rest period in the sleeper berth must be at least 8 consecutive hours (but less than 10 consecutive hours).

According to FMCSA, Drivers using a sleeper berth must take at least 8 hours in the sleeper berth and may split the sleeper berth time into two periods provided neither is less than 2 hours.
This is called an 8/2 Split or Sleeper Split. If the driver works part of his day, but has some time left over on his 11 and 14-hour clocks, he can stop early and take at least 8 straight hours in the sleeper berth. Once that leftover time is done, he must take at least a 2-hour break.
The split sleeper berth rule allows a driver to extend an on-duty shift by splitting the required 10 consecutive hours of off-duty time into two shifts. This allows drivers to adjust schedules for things like longer hauls or warehouse hours by dropping-in a rest break that pushes out a 14-hour driving period.
The Split Sleeper Berth provision means flexibility for a driver. It allows a driver to split the required 10 consecutive hour off-duty break into two shifts. If you spend 10 or more hours in the sleeper berth, it can be interpreted instead as a full 10-hour off-duty break to your 14-hour driving window.

You do this by dividing the minutes worked by 60. You then have the hours and minutes in numerical form, which you can multiply by the wage rate. For example, if your employee works 38 hours and 27 minutes this week, you divide 27 by 60. This gives you 0.45, for a total of 38.45 hours.
