I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

I had an issue with a purchase for PDFfiller.com. I called customer service to get a refund, they were kind enough to honor my request. I would use them again.

Would be amazing if it had a free option for students. Could also benefit from offering different single line - shapes such as circles and squares etc

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

There was a big learning curve for me, but think I have a fair handle on it now
There was a big learning curve for me, but I think I'm getting the hang of it now, once I've finally finished a Fax Form cover sheet.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Can you split a phone bill?
You can't have it both ways — either save the money and have one shared account, with one person responsible for the entire bill (and also for collecting the amounts from others, if that is your agreement). ... And Verizon won't set up separate billing unless each of those lines is a separate account.
Can you split cell phone bill?
Re: splitting the bill Unfortunately, there isn't a way to split the bill and send it individually when on the same account. While we can't do that, you can sign in each month via your computer to find out what everyone owes and can let them know individually.

You can absolutely have multiple accounts in the same name at the same address.
Can I have two separate Verizon Fins accounts?
Separate Accounts it should be possible. Unless they are on the same cable. Same wire from the pole, then Verizon may want to replace that with fiber. Now you may be able to have the main residential account left as is, and have Fins installed as a business account.
