What do you like best?
The ablitiy to be able to edit documents in PDF format is great. Saving time. When we are bidding on a job i can use the form provided to us from the client. Very easy to use and has worked well ever time I have neede it. Another great feature is that the PDF filler is auto saved in your online profile... so you can take the documents with you.
What do you dislike?
some times when you go to open the PDF from my email directly... it does not up load... so then I have to down load the pdf on to my computure, open PDF fill web app then upload file..... not sure why it does this but it has happened more often lately than it did before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be great if the filler could be able to authenticate docuements, a big one for us is Bonding, When we submit a bond they require an e-bonding ( look it up) the ebond authenicates the signatures from 3 different parties and leave a digital paper trail that can be confrimed by the client. We recently had to do this and the one website mobile bonds.com has an interface that is not user freindly for set up... and we had to spend countless time with the tech on the phone for the first few bonds. If the filler is able to do this that would be great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Allowing us to make our bid proposals look great, avoid hand writing in documents, setting us apart from the rest. we also can share the file with my staff making it even better

Easy but not so afdordable
Not too bad
Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls
Constant updates slows down my production and take most of my time

It's been great so far. I need to learn how to move around the dashboard quicker. Also, I need to learn how to set up individual folders (if applicable)?

What is a page spread?
A spread is a set of pages viewed together, such as the two pages visible whenever you open a book or magazine. ... In a long document, you can move to a page quickly by choosing Layout > Go To Page.
How many pages are in a spread?
Spreads. A spread is two facing pages — one left-hand and one right-hand page side by side.
What is a 2-page spread?
A two-page spread is a printing convention that represents leading and trailing pages in a bound or folded project such as a book, booklet, newsletter, or greeting card. Often, the pages in a two-page spread mirror one another. For example, pages 2 and 3 of this four-page newsletter make up a two-page spread.
What is a 4-page spread?
A one (or full) page spread means the article has covered one page (page being one side of one leaf). A two-page spread means two full pages of that article (usually facing pages). So a four-page spread does literally mean four pages.
How do you make a 3-page spread in InDesign?
First turn off “Allow Document Pages to Shuffle”, and add as many pages together as you want (they will be aligning horizontally). Then go to the Page Tool and on the panel on top where there are some setting for this tool, click on “Objects Move with Pages” then drag the pages.
What are facing pages?

How do I view pages side by side in pages?
To show the pages side by side in Pages (the Apple app). Just open your pages file and click the bottom left corner (where the zoom is) and choose the “2 up” option. You may also want to know that if you view>show inspector you will be able to turn the option “facing pages” on.
