It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Stop changing the format. I love the way it is. Each time you make changes it slows me down as I have to learn a new way to operate.

The go-to for creating useful PDF files
This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

Great customer service and solid product.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.
Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.
Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn.
I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!
