I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

The only problem I have is, if I highlight a word or group of words and I want to take it off, it is very difficult to undo. I spent 2.5 hours last night trying to do just so.

I AM ENJOYING HAVING USE OF THE PDF FILLER.COM
Back in the day we needed a typewriter to fill-in the boxes. But, today, it is a must have to fill-in the boxes on various forms with the pdf filler and be able to complete your business work. I just love having this program to help me get my work completed!

Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

AS OF THIS DAY PDFFILLER IS THE ONLY PLATFORM THAT SEEMS TO DO IT ALL IN A VERY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD APROACH WITH A LAYOUT FOR THE FIND AND CLICK END USERS. I BY FAR SINCE FINDING THIS WEBSITE HAVE NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT GOING ELSE WHERE AND HAVE BEEN USING THIS APLICATION FOR SOME 5 YEARS NOW MAYBE EVEN LONGER. What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.

How do you look up a deed to a property?

What happens if you can't find the deeds to your house?
If the deeds went missing or were destroyed while in the custody of a law firm or financial institution then, if satisfied with the evidence, the Land Registry will register the property with an absolute title. If not, then it is usually the case that the property will be registered with a possessor title.
How can I find out the owner of a home?
Contact the county tax assessor. If there's a piece of property, someone is paying tax on it or not. Call 411 directory assistance. Consult other public records such as property deeds. Use an online property search tool.
Is property survey a public record?
A property survey is a drawn record of the boundaries, orientation and easements associated with a lot of land. Even if you did not receive a home purchase survey surveys are not mandatory in every state the county clerk, local tax assessor or engineering department may hold a survey or land map on record.
How do I find my property survey?
Visit your jurisdiction's building inspector or the land records office. Many jurisdictions keep surveys on file at the city building inspector's office. You can also get surveys connected with tax maps or half-section maps from the county's land records office -- usually the county assessor.
How do I find my property lines for free?
You can find them on your property deed, on the survey you received when you bought your home, or by using the mapping tools at the county assessor's office. Use your boundary lines to determine where to legally place desired items.
What does a land survey tell you?
A survey can reveal the exact property dimensions, size and location of the home on the property, as well as any other improvements on the land, such as a driveway that may be crossing a property line. A land survey would let you know what regulations may affect your plans.
How do you find out if your name is on a deed?
Visit the county land records department for the property's county if you can't get the information from the tax collector or assessor.
