I'm still on the learning curve. Would like to have a way to erase large sections of a page, not just strips of it. If there is such a way, I haven't yet discovered that.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Can you electronically sign a deed?
Can a deed be executed electronically? Yes! The Law Society's practice note states that if that witness genuinely observes the director signing the deed using an electronic signature, and the witness then goes on to sign the adjacent attestation clause, the deed will have been validly executed.

How do you execute a deed?
Deeds must be in writing and will typically be executed in the presence of a witness, although in the case of a company a deed may be executed effectively by two directors or a director and the company secretary. Specific wording should also be included above the signature blocks.
Can an individual execute a deed?
Section 45 states that an individual may execute a document as a deed if: the individual signs the document. The document is expressed to be an “indenture”, “deed” or be “sealed”. And. The document is signed and attested to by at least one witness not being a party to the document.
Can a deed be signed electronically UK?
Electronic signatures are a valid method of executing deeds under English common law. The statutory scheme provides that electronic deeds will be accepted for registration at the UK Land Registry if they are the subject of a notice issued by the UK Land Registry under rule 54C of the Land Registration Rules 2003.
