I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

I would like it if you could have a price per document option. I very rarely need this app but when I do, it is very nice to have.I can't justify a monthly subscription but would pay $3 to $5/document. to use this app.

How does hockey stick warranty work?
Hockey sticks carry a limited warranty which covers breakage that is a result of a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Warranty procedures. Limited 30-day warranty. One time replacement.
How do I return a broken CCM hockey stick?
For returns of no more than 1 stick or shaft, complete the Return Authorization Request Form (Canada and USA) using the link below. Or. Contact Reebok-CCM Customer Service at 1-800-644-1677.
Can you return a hockey stick?
Yes! If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund, excluding hockey sticks, hockey shafts, replacement stick blades, jocks, custom items and apparel.

How do I get a custom CCM stick?
Custom Order CCM Sticks. You can't order custom CCM sticks directly through CCM. Whomever your shops CCM rep is the person you need to talk to. The rep will get your order, and it will be placed through the shop.
How long do composite hockey sticks last?
The short answer is, no, your sticks will not deteriorate over time. As long as you kept it properly stored, that 10 year composite stick will be the same as when you left it.
