It is a very friendly tool that help us and make the life more easy at the moment we handled a PDF file, is very easy and comfortable, options are also very helpful, I really recommended, I´d have been using this tool for more that a year and is very cool because all your documents are on your dashboard, so is easy to search for old documents that you will wanted to review.

What do you like best?
I can copy, save my files and print off the site to get my 1099's and if I like I can email my workers this for the convenience of saving the stamp.
What do you dislike?
sometimes its hard to find a certain item I need but with the Help Chat they found it very quickly for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use the site for my 1099's and used it once for a Bill of Sale item I sold.

How do I track a package from UPS?
Select the History button on the Home tab, highlight the package tracking number (this includes Mail Innovations shipments), shipment, air freight waybill number, or the ground freight pro number. Select the Track button on the Home tab and select Track This Package or Track Multiple.
What does UPS tracking number look like?
A UPS tracking number, for domestic packages within the United States, will usually start with “1Z” followed by a 6 character shipper number (numbers and letters), a 2 digit service level indicator, and finally 8 digits identifying the package (the last digit being a check digit), for a total of 18 characters.
How do I find my UPS tracking number?
Go to ups.com, enter your tracking or Infantile number into the tracking area located on the left side of the screen, and select Track. You will be redirected to the Tracking Detail page.
How do I find my UPS tracking number without receipt?
If you don't have the tracking number, you can still go to the UPS main tracking page and select the Track by Reference field. Then, enter your reference number and the date it was shipped and UPS will be able to locate your package when you select the track button.
Can you track ups by address?
