The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

How do I apply the same format to all cells in Excel?
Select the cells(s) you want to modify. Selecting a cell range. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Number Format command on the Home tab. The Number Formatting drop-down menu will appear. Select the desired formatting option. The selected cells will change to the new formatting style.

Why does my Excel spreadsheet lose its formatting?
If you are saving it in the older Excel 97-2003 format, then it is possible that the losses you are seeing are due to the formatting not being supported in the older format. This is particularly true with colors and conditional formatting. The other possible cause is that the workbook file is corrupted in some manner.
How do you fix Excel formatting?
In your Excel worksheet, click File > Options, and then select Quick Access Toolbar on the left-side pane. Under Choose commands from, select All Commands. In the list of commands, scroll down to Clear Formats, select it and click the Add button to move it to the right-hand section. Click OK.
