I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Send out paperwork for signatures and fill out paperwork online instead of printing, signing, and scanning it.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

Formal or business letters include the full name of the writer printed below the signed name (two vertical spaces below the Closing). It includes the writer's professional designations and title with the organization. Directly below that, the name of the organization which the writer represents.
Type the initials of the letter writer in capital letters, followed by a slash or colon. Add the typist's initials in lowercase letters. For example, if the letter writer's name is Andrew Benson, and the typist's name is Carrie Dale, the typist line should appear as follows: AB/CD, or AB:CD.
When a letter is keyed by someone other than the author, the typist's initials are included at the bottom of the letter for reference purposes. Sometimes both the author's initials (in caps) and the typist's initials (in lowercase) are used. Place the reference initials a double space below the typed name.

Enclosure in a Cover Letter If you wish to enclose documents, you can either list all enclosed documents separately or just write the word 'Enclosure' below the signature.
Formally, you would refer to the enclosed items in the body of your letter followed by (enclosed) and then, under the signature at the end of the letter you'd write “Enclosures (x)” where x is the number of enclosures. So, you'd write: ...my ID card (enclosed).
According to their handbook, you send an item as an attachment when the correspondence is a memo, while if it is a letter you should use the word enclosure for additional documents. In either case, type “Enclosure” or “Attachment” two lines below the signature block.
REFERENCE INITIALS Its easiest. If you are composing and typing the letter, omit reference initials. When using the typist's initials, use either upper or lower case (mid or MID) and when using both the writer's and typist's initials (mid/AHV or MID/AHV), follow the same format.
The very last section of a business letter is dedicated to reference initials. These initials are always placed at the bottom of a letter, two lines below the signature block and aligned with the left margin.
