It does what it says: helps you easily fill in PDFs. I like the customizable options that work for a variety of PDF formats.
Nothing I can think of at the moment; this software meets my needs as a freelance writer/editor professional.

IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Very good experience and removed my frustration. Thank you.

pdf filler was kinda a letdown
3/5 it was cool and yea sometimes know when to say no
