I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. I am happy with PDF filler. It has been such a great help with my court docs. I am constantly having to complete docs and with PDF filler all the information is saved and I only have to edit and save for next court hearing. PDF filler has saved me so much time and headaches. Thank you!

What do you like best?
I used PDFfiller to complete PDF versions of scholarship applications and it was such a time savings and so easy to work with that it was worth every penny. Since that time I have found many more features, like the verified signing, that it has become a necessary tool for both work and personal use.

Not really anything I disliked. I think the price for a personal user is a little expensive.

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.
