I often have to sign documents or convert docs from one form to another. PDFfiller is reliable & trustworthy not to mention simple to use. I keep it on my bookmark bar!

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions.
