For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

pdfFiller is a great idea, "Not one software fits all." With so many different computer sources and digital platforms out there. We lose track what is compatible, what's not. Not using adobe frequently outside of work, this is amazing.

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)
