I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. 4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

It could be a little more user friendly. If I did not have the experience with computers that I have I would have just quit. But I got the job done as needed

Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

It's a great service that operates smoothly and is good value for money (especially when deals are applied) compared to Adobe. I prefer the interface and the amount of options is comprehensive.

The PDF Filler worked great
The PDF Filler worked great. I only used it once and since I had no occasion to use it again, I cancelled. There were no issues with the cancellation. The charge was removed from my credit card. I am very happy with this product. I will order it again when I need it.

You may have to first create an online account in order to access your records on the phone provider's website. After logging in, look for options such as anything labelled “Call Details” or “Call Records.”
