I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

I has made my job easier. I use numerous forms as a Clinical Manager for a Home health agency that does not utilize EMR. I am now able to fill out these forms in half the time. I don't have to look through countless paper folders to locate my forms, just locate on my desk top, complete and print!

Works as you would expect. No flaws, other than I would like to see a way to make the 'circle' option larger for when initials are needed. Great options here.

What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

Really easy to use
site is very easy to navigate through and honestly it has all the tools I need, would reccomend, but I do feel it should be a little cheaper than $20 a month!

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

Is a permit a valid form of ID?
A driver's license was considered a state ID. A drivers permit in most states does not have a photo so no it's not a valid state ID. However, we are in a transitional period. The Federal Government has mandated something called a real ID.
What can I use as proof of ID?
List of acceptable documents: Household utility bill (e.g. gas, electric, water or fixed line telephone but not a mobile phone bill). It must be no more than three months old and show your name and current address.
How can I prove who I am without ID?
Without a valid photo ID, the office recommends three original documents, among them: census records, probation papers, voter registration and an employee ID. Once she had the Social Security card and birth certificate, then she could go to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV requires proof of residency.
How do I get proof of my identity?
Driver's license issued by a state or territory showing either a photograph of the individual and/or other identifying information of the individual such as name, age, sex, race, height, weight or eye color. School identification card that includes a photograph. Voter Registration Card.

Is a state ID a government issued ID?
A Driver's License or a State ID, or a Passport, depending on what you define as, Government. If it's issued by a Government agency, it's a government issued I.D. cards, but usually a current Driver's license or Passport with Photo suffices as valid Government issued I.D. for most people.
