I love this program, it is very helpful. However, I would like to see more PDF editing tools available, so I can do things visually, such as cropping, re-sizing, etc...

It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

We've recently implemented new contracts for our accounts, and using PDFfiller has made creating them so easy. It's saved me a significant amount of time.

I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

How do I transfer a deed in Oklahoma?
Include the property address and its legal description, and identify by name the granter(s) and the grantee(s). Make copies of the deed and record the deed transfer with the assessor's office in the county where the property is located.
Does Oklahoma have a transfer on death deed?
Oklahoma Transfer-on-Death (Beneficiary) Deed. Use this form to leave your Oklahoma real estate without probate. You retain ownership, responsibility, and control over the property during your life. After your death, ownership transfers to the beneficiary you name.
How do I get a transfer on a death deed?
Get a Deed Form or Prepare Your Own. You can buy a state-specific TOD deed form for your state at www.Nolo.com or type up your own document. Name the Beneficiary. Describe the Property. Sign the Deed. Record the Deed.
Does a transfer on death deed avoid probate?
Assets placed in a living trust can avoid probate, but it's far simpler and less expensive to simply transfer the property by beneficiary deed, also called a transfer-on-death deed, if you live in a state that recognizes this option. Your beneficiary has no legal right to it until your death.
