I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. I am able to take pdf documents, to which I have lost or never had the source file, and easily change them to what I need. Also, another great use is to fill-in forms in forms to which i only have hardcopy.

Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!
