Would be nice if you had a feature that would allow you to duplicate an image or header type across multiple pages in a file. If it is there my apologies, but I could not easily find it.

The features are great. It would be nice to have the option to combine PDF documents. I also have an issue when entering text where the text box disappears and I have to click on the document again to enter text. Aside from that, he existing features are great and I would like to see how PDFfiller can improve in the future.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

I went into your chat hoping to get… I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!! The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!! PDF Filler though... has been a nice change!!! Thanks again!!!

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to… I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. Then I was watching a YouTube video and it mentioned this PDF editor.. I have created my unique Journal and I am ready to sell it on Amazon... Thank you so much. This is a money making software. What do you like best? Easy to use when you need a fast, effective solution. What do you dislike? The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and deploy. No licensing to worry about and no updates! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filling out and modifying .pdf's. Also applying my signature to documents.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial,... Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
