I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. Based on this integrity and caring service I will use this program if needed in the future and will certainly recommend it to others.

I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

Working remotely this application has greatly facilitated the approval process in relation to documents sent from the office and has saved so much money on paper! Love it!

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!
