I don't know why each time I do a function, I have to go back to MY Forms. It would be easier to save or print and stay where I am.
Also, when I update a form, the original creation date stays instead of the updated date.

I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

The conversion from Pdf to word was the smoothest I've seen. There are very few errors. AMAZING! After reviewing the document I noticed that the conversion dropped the letter F. If there were two f's in a word the conversion dropped one of them.

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment.
What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected.

How is transformation efficiency calculated?
Transformation efficiency is the efficiency by which cells can take up extracellular DNA and express genes encoded by it. It can be calculated by dividing the number of successful transform ants by the amount of DNA used during a transformation procedure.
What is a normal transformation efficiency?
This is divided by the amount of DNA used in the transformation and expressed as transform ants per microgram of DNA. Transformation efficiencies between 10^6 and 10^9 represent the normal range for competent E. coli cells.
What is a good transformation efficiency?
A good rule to follow is this: if your efficiency is equal to or less than 5 × 107 CFU/kg DNA, use these cells for plasmid transformations. If your efficiency is greater than 5 × 107 (ideally 1 × 108 or higher), use these cells for ligation and other assembly reaction transformations.
What is the transformation efficiency of E cold?
cold (Subcloning Efficiency)? Transformation efficiency is defined as the number of colony forming units (CFU) which would be produced by transforming 1 kg of plasmid into a given volume of competent cells. The term is somewhat misleading in that 1 AEG of plasmid is rarely actually transformed.

The transformation efficiency (transform ants per microgram plasmid DNA) decreased with increases of size of the DNA. The size of plasmid DNA in the range of 3.7 to 12.6 KB did not affect the molecular efficiency (transform ants per molecule input DNA).
Why are vials incubated for 10 minutes?
To make the cells competent by making the cell membranes more permeable to DNA. Why were the vials incubated for 10 minutes in LB broth rather than transferring their contents directly to the plates? To allow cells time to produce the gene for ampicillin resistance.
