Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.

How do you write a name change for affidavit?
Draft the Affidavit by providing the details of the old name and new name. Execute the Affidavit on a Stamp Paper of Denomination of Rs. 10/- or as per the prescribed stamp duty as per your state. Make the Affidavit attest and sealed by the Notary Public.
How do I verify a name change?
Just Ask For the Documentation. Use the DMV. Verify With the Social Security Administration. Verify With the Court.
Is a legal name change public record?
All name change applications can be viewed by anyone because they are public records. Also, the Court will require notice of the name change to be printed in a newspaper. A sealed name change request cannot be found in the public records. The Court file will stay sealed while the Court considers the request.
How do I find out if my name has been changed by deed poll?
To do this, search by name in The Gazette where all enrolled changes of name by deed poll have been announced since 1914. If you find an entry in The Gazette go to Step 2. If you do not find an entry we will not have a record of the change, and you may need to speak to a solicitor if you require legal proof of identity.
How do you petition for a name change?
Fill out your court forms. Have your forms reviewed. Make at least 2 copies of all your forms. File your forms with the court clerk. Publish the Order to Show Cause for Change of Name (If Required) Is incarcerated or on parole, serve the documents. Go to your court hearing, if necessary.
How do I change the name on a share certificate?
Request Letter mentioning the reason for the name change. Affidavit. Attested copies of Marriage Certificate or Gazette Notification. Self Attested copy PAN Card duly notarized. Self Attested copy Address Proof duly notarized. Original Share Certificate.
How do you change ownership of shares?
Company name and registration number. Number and class (type) of shares being transferred. Amount paid or due to be paid for the shares, if applicable. Details of any non-cash payments, if applicable. Name and address of existing owner (transferor).
How do I remove my name from a share certificate?
Make a request to the DP for deleting the name(s) of the deceased as per Transmission Form. Submit a DR along with the security certificates and the documents mentioned above to the DP.
