PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

How can you tell if a log is oak?
Smells acrid when sawn, and displays features of red and white oak. Check the resin. If most canals are half inch or less, it's most likely a type of red. If most are longer, it's most likely white or burr.
How do you know if wood is dry enough to burn?
Color. Color fades over time. Shape. Splitting wood speeds up the drying process. Weight. As wood dries, it loses its moisture content and becomes lighter. Hardness. Drying wood becomes harder, making it more difficult to split or dent. Bark. Cracking. Sound. Smell.
How does oak wood look like?
Oak wood is generally straight-grained and has an uneven texture. In red oak, it can sometimes look like someone took a dark pencil and drew dotted lines across a board. The same marks are present in white oak as well, but they tend to be much longer.

How can you tell the difference between hardwood and softwood?
All trees reproduce by producing seeds, but the seed structure varies. In general, hardwood comes from a deciduous tree which loses its leaves annually and softwood comes from a conifer, which usually remains evergreen. Hardwoods tend to be slower growing, and are therefore usually denser.
How do I identify hardwood?
You can usually tell different types of wood apart by looking at the wood grain, color, and the visibility of growth rings. First, make sure that you're looking at a solid piece of wood, as opposed to a veneer applied to plywood or MDF, or even a stamped piece of fiberboard this is key to wood identification!

Hardwoods are generally better for burning in wood burning stoves than softwoods. For the stove owner, using hardwood logs means having to fill the stove up less often than they would with softwood logs. Only ever use dried, fully seasoned chopped wood logs with a moisture content of less than 20%.
