I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.

What is quantity contract?
A quantity contract (sales document type CD) is basically an agreement stating that the customer will buy a certain quantity of a product in a certain time period. The contract contains general quantity and price information but no specifications of the delivery dates and quantities.
What is the difference between value contract and quantity contract?
Contract is two types : Quantity Contract: This contract considered to fulfilled when the company supplied an agreed total quantity of materials against the contract. Value Contract: This contract considered to fulfilled when the company supplied agreed total value of material against the contract.
What is a value contract?
A value contract is a legal agreement with a customer that contains the materials and services that the customer receives within a specified time period, and for a value up to a specified target value. A value contract can contain certain materials or a group of materials (product hierarchy, assortment module).
