experience good so far. just subscribed and I'm still learning my way around,but I alredy like it. Ist meeting my purpose . But I wish they had a PDF to word converter included. My only problem is that when I save it in my computer even in word I'm not able to edit it.I can only edit on PDFiller.

A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

hard to figure out and hard to talk to customer support they like the texting thing I hate it love talking on phone talking to real people and takes a lot less time due to I can allow you to show me on my screen great technology

What do you like best?
The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.
What do you dislike?
Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Saving paper, and printer ink.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

It was easy to use however I believe as a snowbird they should have another way to fill out the 8840 without having to sign up for this form filler. As it turns out we tried to fill out on line and the signature part wouldn't work. We ended up printing out the form and filling it by hand and mailing it in.

Able to change words on documents-So helpful
I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.

It is an excellent pdf editor, the best of all the ones I have used.
The edits of a document are made very easy, it can be erased without leaving traces, the edited texts keep the same font, etc.
