Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Working Experience With PdfFiller
i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing.
in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.

Select the cells and copy, Ctrl - C . Move outside the table and paste special, Ctrl - Shift - V , choosing the unformatted text option. Then delete the table. Position the cursor in the table then go to Table > Convert > Table to Text .
