I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Everything is wonderful Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. What do you like best? I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign. What do you dislike? Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person. We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.
