This is a really great PDF convertor. Very easy to use. The best I have seen. A very good find. I would recommend especially to fill out government documents that could be rejected because of bad handwriting.

One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

Do I need a UCR permit?
UCR Applications Unified Carrier Registration is a state permit required for most interstate carriers and brokers. If you have a US DOT, MC, or FF number, you will likely also need the UCR to be in compliance at the state level.
How do I register for UCR?
Register or Renew your UCR Register through the National Registration System, UCR at www.ucr.gov. This is a new paperless online registration system and no longer the Indiana system. We recommended that you use Chrome, Firefox or Edge when accessing this website.
Do I need to register for UCR?
The UCR Program requires individuals and companies that operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register their business with a participating state and pay an annual fee based on the size of their fleet. This includes ALL carriers — private, exempt, or for hire.

How much does UCR registration cost?
UCR fees reduced for 2019 and 2020 Registration fees in 2019 are reduced by 18.62 percent to range from $62 for carriers with up to two trucks to $59,689 for carriers with more than 1,000 trucks. The reductions are between $11 and $10,282, based on the number of trucks in a fleet.
