I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

Good Features and Functionality I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do. You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help. The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.
