I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. How do I change the comment name on a PDF?
To change all your names in the comments, go to the Comments List > Filter Comments > Reviewer > “your name.” Then click on the first in this list, then shift + click on the last one in this list, so they are all selected. Then right-click > Properties. Under the General tab, change the name here.
How do I change the name of a PDF document?
Choose File>Open and then browse to your file using the Finder or Explorer. Select your file, then right-click. Choose To rename. You can, however, change its file metadata, including the title, keywords, and custom metadata (in Additional Metadata)
How do I remove a title from a PDF document?
Remove Metadata from PDF File Go to the “File” tab and choose the “Properties” > “Description” option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. Furthermore, you can edit and delete metadata as you want. Select the information that you want to delete.

How do I change the author of a PDF comment?
Select the top comment in the list by clicking on it, a gray rectangle will appear around the comment. Scroll all the way down in the list. Hold the shift key down and select the last comment. All the comments in your list should now be selected. Right-click on the author name in one of the comments and select properties.
