I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

Just started using it today and found that it's a capable software. Tends to be slow sometime but that's maybe because of the internet connection. Overall it's good.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

I just started using this tool and I am impressed with the ease of editing a PDF document. I have yet to master lining up my edited text with the document. I am able to edit the document enough to be useful.

Quick and Easy
I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

How do I age my EA account?
Go to www.origin.com and Login. Go to My Account. Next, About Me >> Basic Information and Edit. Enter your secret answer for your security question (If have it) and change your Date of Birth.
What is the minimum age for an EA account?
We here at EA offer the possibility to create restricted accounts or called “Underage account” for children 12 years and younger. When your child turns 13, he or she will be able to age up their account to an adult account. You can read more about underage accounts here.
How old do you have to be to have an EA account?
Certain EA games are set up so that you can give your child access to online modes using PlayStation 4 parental controls. Typically, you have to be 18 years old to have a full access account for PlayStation.
Can a child have an EA account?
If your parent or guardian created an EA Account for you when you were a child, your account is a child account. Once you're no longer considered underage for your country or region, you can upgrade (or age up) your account to an adult account.
How do I create a EA account for my child?
On the login window, click Create an account. Pick your Country and enter your child's Date of birth. Read and accept the Privacy & Cookie Policy and the User Agreement, then click Next. Enter the email address from your own EA Account in the Parent's or Guardian's email address field.
What is a public ID for EA?
The Public ID is also referred to as Origin ID or more common the Origin username. If you do not have a Public ID yet and have played on console only, you might get prompted to set up one before you can proceed.
How do I find my EA account?
Click on your EA ID at the bottom of the client. Click EA Account & Billing. A browser window will open with a page for My Account. You can find your email address on the About Me tab.
What do I do if I forgot my EA account email?
Go to https://profile.ea.com/login.do. Type in the email that you used to set up the account, and click on I forgot my password. This will send a link to reset your password to the email address you have registered on your Origin account.
