Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

How do I highlight updates in Word?
To highlight text, select the text and then click the arrow next to the Highlight Text button on the Formatting toolbar. Select a highlight color from the menu palette and then select the text to be highlighted. The highlight tool acts just like a highlighting marker!
Why can't I track changes in Word?
To enable track changes, simply click on the Track Changes icon. It will become grayed out when enabled. If you don't see the status of track changes in your status bar at the bottom of Word, then you probably want to turn that feature on.
How do I activate the default Reviewing pane?
Make sure the Review tab of the ribbon is displayed. In the Tracking group you see the Reviewing Pane tool. Click the down-arrow at the right of the tool. Choose either Reviewing Pane Vertical or Reviewing Pane Horizontal, according to your desires.
How do you highlight a Word document?
Select the text that you want to highlight. Go Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select the color that you want. Note: Use a light highlight color if you plan to print the document by using a monochrome palette or printer.
How do I show final markup in Word?
Click the Review tab. Click the drop-down arrow in the Final: Show Markup menu in the Tracking section of the ribbon. Click the Final option. All the changes are implemented and markups are removed from the document.
What is the difference between final show markup and original show markup?
Simple Markup points out where changes are made with a red line in the margin. All Markup shows all edits with different colors of text and lines. No Markup hides markup to show what the incorporated changes will look like. Original shows the document in its original form.
