It is very easy to use and convenient! I love how there are many options for fonts and sizes and how easy it is to print the document and save it!
Sometimes when I print out the documents it is really tiny and hard to read. This is the only con to using this product that I can think of.

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through
