What do you like best?
Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.
What do you dislike?
Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

Convenient, Easy, and Potentially Free! I edit a lot (A LOT) of PDF documents. I love that I can edit, fill, sign from anywhere - on the go, on my phone, in the car, in the hotel. I can get it done and quickly. One of my most used tools hands down. I would like to see the website redesigned to be slightly more user friendly.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I needed a straightforward way to file… I needed a straightforward way to file an extra tax form, and PDF Filler helped me out! Much easier than finding the form on the IRS website (somehow impossible?) and hoping for the best.

So far, so good So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

Granters Create Deed Restrictions The person conveying or selling land, known as the granter, creates deed restrictions by placing them in the deed to the buyer, or grantee. Any restriction that is not illegal can be placed in the deed. For example, a granter who lives on 100 acres decides to sell 20 acres.
Deed restrictions are written agreements that restrict, or limit, the use or activities that may take place on property in a subdivision. These restrictions appear in the real property records of the county in which the property is located. They are private agreements and are binding upon every owner in a subdivision.
A deed restriction is not valid if it violates local, state or federal laws. For example, prior to the civil rights movement, common deed restrictions included provisions preventing certain ethnic groups from purchasing property. Today those types of restrictions violate fair housing laws.

In many areas, deed restrictions and zoning ordinances are imposed on the same geographical area. In case of conflict, the more restrictive of the two prevails. For instance, a city zoning property as commercial cannot override the subdeveloper's restrictions that make the subdivision exclusively residential.
