What do you like best?
I am able to create and update PDF files easily. The newer/updated features are wonderful. (ie. font colors and actual fonts)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.

Perfect for my needs! I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great. I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

Ease of use was great and intuitive Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

The application PDFfiller is excellent… The application PDFfiller is excellent tool, I found the app very user friendly and their customer support is outstanding. I would highly recommend PDFfiller for anyone looking for a PDF editing tool at a very reasonable price point. In Air table, you configure computed fields that apply the same formula to every record in the table. ... Air table is super-easy to use, it's visually appealing, and there's some added features like linking records and Blocks that make Air table better than a typical spreadsheet you'd find in Excel or Google Sheets. If you're keeping track of more than 1,200 items, you're going to have to pay at least $10/per month.
The biggest difference is that Google Sheets (and Excel/Spreadsheets) are unstructured and Air table is structured. Meaning, once you define what type of data can be stored in a column on Air table, all rows must enter that type of content. Whereas Google Sheets every individual cell can have different types of data.
Air table is a wonderful, content and feature rich software that allows you to see and track data in new ways. It's easy enough for even a novice user, but powerful enough to keep even a data pro satisfied. The software also plays nicely with Zapier, so the sky is the limit when it comes to functionality and automation.
Exporting records in a view to CSV. You export all the records in a given grid view to CSV by clicking the view menu button (...) and then selecting the “Download CSV” menu option. You can use this export to CSV function as a way to back up your data outside Air table.
