I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.

Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

I'm trying to setup guardianship for my Grand Children. Form completion worked well. Problem arose when I had to setup the second child. What's needed is the ability to have the app assign the file name.

What is the purpose of a special use permit?
A special use permit allows a parcel of land or property to be used in a manner that deviates from normally accepted activities in that area. In other words, the special use permit creates exceptions to zoning regulations and ordinances.

With a special permit, you can temporarily: drive or transport a passenger vehicle through Ontario without registering it in the province. What is the difference between a variance and a special use permit?
A use variance is a variance that authorizes a land use not normally permitted by the zoning ordinance.
