What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.
What do you dislike?
There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

PDF Filler ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form. I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form. I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

pdfFiller is a useful PDF editor and e-signing tool pdfFiller is a very easy tool to use if you find yourself needing to sign or edit PDF documents, but don't want to spend a lot of money on more expensive software. I appreciate how easy pdfFiller makes it to electronically sign documents or edit and convert PDF files. The instructions are easy to follow and within minutes you can merge, split or sign documents without to much effort. All in all I can't complain about the software. There were a few instances where I would download my signed document for it to turn out completely blank (in the free version), but then I'd just download it again and that usually solves the issue.

What do you like best? It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents What do you dislike? Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

Adding Name to House Deed Without Consent. If a person decides to give a gift of real estate to someone, they can purchase that property and deed it to someone else. But that alone will not be sufficient to transfer title to the property to the recipient.
Oddly enough, the person receiving the interest does not sign the deed. In most states you can file a disclaimer or deed of disclaimer that says specifically you were placed in title without your knowledge or consent and disclaim the deed.
IRS gift taxes may apply When you add someone to your deed, the IRS sees it as a gift. That person becomes subject to IRS regulations concerning gifts. As of 2018, the IRS allowable gift limit is $15,000 annually, per person. Gifts that exceed this amount are subject to the gift tax.
Generally, you can't remove your name from the mortgage without the knowledge of your lender, and you need a written consent from them.
Adding someone to your house deed requires the filing of a legal form known as a quitclaim deed. When executed and notarized, the quitclaim deed legally overrides the current deed to your home. By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.
Owners Appear on the Deed Under the law, all people listed on the property deed own the property. It doesn't matter what order they're listed in they're all owners. Conversely, if you're not on the deed, you don't own the property.
Contact your lender, explain your situation, and ask to begin the DIL process. Provide documents that show your income, monthly expenses, and bank account balances. Respond to requests for additional details, and allow time for your lender to process your request.
Fannie Mae requires the borrower wait at least two years after a deed-in-lieu. Seasoning requirements are on sliding scale. The higher the down payment, the short the seasoning requirement. The borrower must wait four years with 10 percent down payment and two years with 20 percent down.
