Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan
Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required.
What do you dislike?
That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! By my own ineptitude I was having trouble printing a document. I thought I had to upgrade and then found out I didn't have to. So I reached out to get a refund and keep my original subscription and got that refund in MINUTES! I am a VERY happy, satisfied subscriber! And, I'm getting better at it :)

It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.
