Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. It popped up along with a State of FL form that I needed to complete. I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me right from the start that you could only use it with a paid prescription.

Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.
