First time user needed. I needed to use live chat to find the forms I needed for the IRS.The videos were helpful along with the live chat.I can see other instances when this service will be helpful.Great experience.

I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

PdfFiller is absolutely THE BEST! Beneficial and Convenient I was able to reregister my daughter for Prep. school. Only through PdfFiller I was able to email her to sign the form. She is in a whole other county. It would of taken me weeks to get all this done! I even able to find the custody form in another state. Great product and even better customer service I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
