Everything has worked great and while I honestly don't know what there are companies that still use Fax, they do exist and I need to work with them. Love PDFfiller and everything it provides.

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me.
