This is only used once in awhile. Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well. This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I happened upon your company. I filled out a form for Transfer on Death for Minnesota. I paid but then had trouble getting back in. Turned out file was corrupted. Got great help and got it to work.

pdfFiller has been amazing since I had to start working from home. It has allowed me to send in forms that I would normally have to print out write on and scan then email them back. This has cut down the middle man as well as saving me from getting a printer scanner and paper. It is time, cost and environmentally friendly.

What do you like best? I like that you can edit files, sign without sending through electronic envelopes and you can fax and email documents. What do you dislike? You cannot upload separate files and merge them into 1 pdf file within the program. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend using this app for your document prep and signing. It is a one stop shop to get your pdf files edited and signed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefit is the faxing capability and being able to do it from my phone.
