Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.

I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

Great Product And Support
I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. Kara helped me to figure out a tricky issue that had to do with 'filling' a pdf. Kara figured out that it was a problem with my Chrome browser, so we switched browsers and it worked. Thanks.
Cancelled my subscription within the 30 Trial Period and was charged the following month. Had an online chat and they issued a refund with no questions asked. Good Business!
Directly refund
PDFfiller is a very good site and the support team is the best.I just wanted to use the 30 days trial for a document the 27th may 2020.I canceled the subscription but I think an error has occurred.I see my account has been debited of 96$.I wrote them a mail and the assistant refund my acount.Thanks again PDFfiller for your kindness and your quickly anwser.
