So far it has delivered on it's promises. Easy to use. Affordable. Customer Service is lacking helping with billing and establishing business account, but the product itself is great.

Ease of use, the functionality is greatly appreciated. Gliding through forms is of ease. Moving from box to box is a cinch
The save feature to my computer can be a little friendlier. It can take several try to find the forms after I save them
I immediately was connected to a support person via chat, and he walked me through what I need and was very professional and supportive. I truly had a great experience.

Being able to bill my clients
Only use quarterly for one customer, would attend/watch a webinar or tutorial to make it more user friendly and see if it would work with other customers
Just getting to know how to use it, but it is exactly what I needed to make my documents sent to clients easier for them to fill out and quickly return to me.
