I am so glad to become a member. I am a document preparer and PDFfiller makes it so much easier . I love it, especially because you can upload your own forms. Great.
Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.
Life saver. Worked on an assignment for hours only to be unsuccessful, found pdf filler and my assignment was not only a success within less then an hr but presentation was all around better.
Works pretty well.. I figured out how to use it without a whole lot of instruction reading. I wish the alignment in the form boxes could be made more accurate, I had to adjust many.

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. I am cancelling my subscription to PDFfiller. My husband and I got the covid virus and we cannot continue to pay for the subscription. Other than that, I absolutely loved the access to PDFfilller.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
