You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.

Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. I am using pdf filler for doing ongoing reports and also for tax documents. It is good to have a way to complete these documents and have a digital record.

Great app - really easy to use. Doesn't change the quality of the document. Probably won't pay for it long term - I would pay £1 or something everytime i wanted to use it though...

I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me.
