With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

I love not having to print forms, then fill them out and scan them. So much time, ink and paper wasted. Using PdfFiller I just upload the document, fill it out and send. Super easy.

if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.

Still learning... but so far so good. Convenient user interface, able to quickly make the necessary edits to my documents and I'm enjoying using the product.
