Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

PDFfiller for the win!! Of course, I've enjoyed avoiding filling out forms by hand and being able to create & save legible documents I can duplicate and email. But tonight, PDFfiller LiveChat surprised me! They helped solve a document problem for my daughter's online university application. The application program wouldn't let her upload her SAT scores, or continue her application until they were loaded! The website kept saying the 2-page file was too big!? So I loaded it onto PDFfiller, and got a helpful LiveChat rep, who quickly compressed the file for me. Voila, it worked!! PDFfiller, you just saved the day!

Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. I am happy that i can convert the documents from PDF to Word and save them or email them. I would appreciate it if there are options to have colored pen i.e. blue and different colors, and not only a black one.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
Could be worse for this price
I was expecting that it will be worse because I have seen a lot of weird and bad reviews. Especially in their Google extension market. But it works not bad, actually. I can recommend it.
Easy to use once I figured it out. I have been looking for a program like this for a while. It has everything you can possibly need at a very reasonable rate.
